"Never met Steve since he took over the agency. He's never available, doesn't return phone calls. Scott is unprofessional and condescending. I absolutely refuse to deal with him. I have had an ongoing billing problem for over a year, not resolved yet inspite of multiple phone calls to try to get the issue resolved. Hopefully Nicole will be able to correct the issue before the next billing cycle as guaranteed . . . resolution of this issue is still pending."
